AUBERGE DE TESA

The Auberge de Tesa's philosophy is based on a commitment to local, seasonal produce and a warm welcome in a bucolic setting. Offering local produce means getting to know the region's market gardeners, winemakers and breeders. It's essential to tell the story of a product, from its creation to its arrival on the plate. The restaurant welcomes you summer and winter alike, in the shady garden or by the fire. Depending on the season, brunches, musical evenings and barbecues are organized in the inn's garden. There's no plastic here: we use glass bottles. We prefer products from producers located less than 50 km away. The auberge's restaurant offers market cuisine and à l'ardoise dishes, prepared daily according to seasonal arrivals.
