Since 1970, we have brought to our table the best products on the island in order to let our customers discover Corsican cuisine though a unique menu. The Corsican cooking that we serve is derived from our agriculture. Charcuterie that is cured in our cellars for 2 years. The pressed brawn and terrines of suckling pig are prepared by us.
