Together with his wife Antoinette, he has opened a number of cosy guest rooms where you'll find a gentle way of life, a friendly atmosphere and a deep attachment to Corsican traditions. As soon as you arrive, the friendly atmosphere and authenticity of the place invite you to relax. The guest rooms, each with their own unique charm, offer comfort and tranquillity for a soothing interlude. Breakfast, made with local produce, can be enjoyed in a large convivial room or on the terrace, facing an exceptional panorama of the mountains. After a day of exploring, the spa with jacuzzi and sauna promises a moment of absolute relaxation. Private, gated parking is also available for the comfort and peace of mind of travellers. The inn also houses a renowned restaurant, where the Henry family showcases the flavours of Corsica: local meats, cheeses, local vegetables, regional wines... The charcuterie, straight from the family farm, enhances the homemade cuisine, served in the dining room or on the terrace with a breathtaking view. Passionate about his work, Laurent is happy to invite visitors to discover his farm: a traditional free-range U Nustrale pig farm, guaranteeing authentic charcuterie that is renowned throughout the island. To extend the experience, the U San Larenzu shop offers charcuterie, wines, biscuits, honeys and local cheeses, which can be vacuum-packed for easy travel with these Corsican flavours. Ideally situated at the crossroads of the island's major sites, the inn is a great base from which to explore the Alta Rocca: hiking, canyoning, river swimming, accrobranche (tree climbing), horse riding...
