Key experiences

-          Gastronomic visit to Domaine Maestracci. Visit to the estate with the owner: tour of the vines, the winemaking facilities through to bottling, tasting of the estate's best grape varieties.

-          Gastronomic rendez-vous at the Pistorozzi pork butcher's: meet a traditional Balinese pork butcher. The visit begins with a tour of the farm, followed by a tasting of a plank of charcuterie accompanied by the star products of the region's cuisine.

-          A gourmet encounter with olives: visitors can discover olives in all their forms on an old-fashioned olive farm. Accompanied by the owner, visitors prepare a tasty olive aperitif using produce from the vegetable garden.

-          Children's treasure hunt tour of L'Île-Rousse. Accompanied by a tour guide and at least one parent, children can explore the town through riddles and fun games while learning about the history of the paoline town.

-          A Papina workshops for children: accompanied by a parent or on their own, youngsters can discover a key Corsican product such as olives, chestnuts, brocciu and then cook a recipe that showcases this product, so they can savour it with pleasure.

-          Sunset hike at Ostriconi: forget the beautiful sandy beach and set off to discover this unspoilt site. Accompanied by a mountain guide who is also a coastguard, you will enter the lands of Ostriconi and discover its history, fauna and flora, all in the magic of an unforgettable sunset.
