CASA MUSICALE

A former manor house nestled in the heart of the village of Pigna, the Casa Musicale hotel-restaurant faces the sea, like a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. In 1985, the stones of the Casa Musicale were brought back to life when a group of friends set up an association dedicated to singing, cooking, sharing, welcoming, remembering and creating. Since its creation, the idea of using only local produce has been anchored in our plates. We grow our own produce on the Pigna plain, prepared with passion by our chef Thierry Mahé, who works these local products with passion. Our menu is entirely homemade, with vegetables from the garden and other 100% Corsican products, most of them sourced from short distribution circuits. Everything is prepared on site, including our processed products: jams, tomato sauces, wild boar terrines, jars of vegetables... On the hotel side, our rooms exude the charm of a village holiday, where peace and quiet meet the breezes of the maquis. A simple, authentic idleness, without compromising on quality. Whether it's gustatory, sensory or musical, every moment is an escapade for the senses and a rest for the soul, in the heart of Balagne.
