A land of wealth and diversity

At the heart of the Mediterranean, the island of Corsica lies 170 km from the French mainland and 80 km from the Italian coast.

Of all the islands bathed by the Grande Bleue (Big Blue), Corsica is the most mountainous, with peaks topping 2,000 metres.

With almost 1000 kilometres of coastline, Corsica is also the French region with the longest shoreline.
