Glacier Bar. Sculptor of tastes, Pierre Geronimi selects his raw materials with rigor in order to try to best capture the "soul of the product" in negative temperatures. My goal is to accompany products in the cold while remaining faithful to them. I use the frozen universe as a tool to capture specific flavors and transcribe the soul of a product.
