Traditional charcuterie made with Corsican pork (Nustrale), salads, casseroles, grills, home-made desserts (chocolate saucisson, chestnut or fresh Brocciu cheese parfaits), a wine list that has more than 40 Corsican wines, served by the glass, in a typical, mountain setting.
