Specialities: choice of first course (herb tart, charcuterie, Corsican soup served in the evening, or fromage frais fritters), lamb with parsley and garlic or meat in a mushroom sauce, scallops with brocciu cheese, chips. Cheeses and jams. Desserts: lemon tart or crème caramel.
