LA SANTA

In the heart of one of those villages set on the heights of L'Ile Rousse, restaurant La Santa offers traditional ancestral cuisine. In a warm friendly setting, you will taste a temporary elaborated seasonal menu : brocciu cannelloni, pastizzu di macaroni, cipole piene (stuffed onions), chestnut lamb shank, roasted cabri, veal sauté with olives, soft chestnut cake and our traditional fiadone (lemon cheese cake). A savoury cuisine based on corsican culture and inspired by the recipes and know-how handed down from our corsican mamà.
