Our restaurant is open from Tuesday evening to Sunday evening, from April to the end of October. It's a 5-minute drive from the hotel, or a 15-minute walk by road. It's a benchmark among L'Île-Rousse restaurants in Haute-Corse. This Balagne restaurant, run with passion by our chef Louis D'Oriano, delights the taste buds with Mediterranean and Corsican flavors.
