On 10 August, the Aghja Suttana in Santa Lucia di Mercurio will be hosting the first night of reading under the stars. The evening will be hosted by Patriziu Croce, a Corsican language teacher, painter, poet, writer and lyricist, and Ghjiseppu Antone Salviani, a literature teacher, painter, writer and poet. Friends for decades, they will be getting together this summer in the heart of a real Aghja to read poems, short stories and extracts from their own plays in Corsican and French. These readings will be the subject of exchanges with the public, forging links that are all too often distended between individuals. Those present will also be able to read extracts of their choice.
