This friendly event is an invitation to explore Bonifacio's exceptional natural heritage. Accompanied by enthusiasts and specialists, plunge into the heart of the Bonifacio countryside to learn more about the environment and enjoy a moment of reconnection with nature, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Come and celebrate this season of renewal and marvel at the diversity and beauty of this unique area. FRIDAY 27 MARCH : - 10AM: TAKE PART IN AN APÉRO-OLFACTIF AT THE MUSELLA SHARED GARDEN Spend a morning in the Musella shared garden and meet Thomas Greuter, manager of the Jardins solidaires de Bonifacio, and Stevana Careddu, landscape gardener and lover of maquis plants. SOLD OUT - 2.30PM: THE ART OF LIVING WINE: BIODYNAMICS AT THE CAPU VERDE ESTATE Discover the Capu Verde estate, the biodynamic vineyards of the Hotel U Capu Biancu, where natural cycles guide the work of the vines, in the company of Vanessa Maloyer, Master Sommelier of the Union de la Sommelerie Francaise and winegrower. - 2.30PM: DISCOVER THE SECRETS OF CORSICAN IMMORTELLE Tania Guglielmacci, founder of Corsica Beauty and an expert in biochemistry, will be leading a workshop dedicated to Corsican immortelle. You'll discover the different forms, uses and sensory characteristics of this emblematic plant. SOLD OUT SATURDAY 28 MARCH : - 09:30: CREATE YOUR SPRING GARDEN Celebrate the return of fine weather with a spring garden workshop at Ortu Bonifacio! Guided step-by-step by the advice of florist Marie-Line, create a planter of seasonal flowers, harmoniously arranged in a wicker basket. - 10AM: ETHNOBOTANICAL WALK IN PIANTARELLA: EXPLORE THE LINKS BETWEEN MAN AND NATURE Julie Chaffurin, guide and former eco-guard, is driven by a deep passion for ethnobotany, a discipline that explores the ancestral links between man and plants through time. FULL - 2.30PM: BOTANY WORKSHOP: OBSERVE, STUDY AND DRAW Whether you're a novice or an expert, botany expert Catherine Taisne will guide you in studying and drawing flora. Through the application of drawing techniques, meticulous observation and a naturalistic approach. - 2.30PM: IMMERSE YOURSELF IN A SOUND WALK: "U CANTU DI A NATURA" (NATURE'S SONG) Led by herbal medicine expert and musician Cencio, this original sound walk offers a unique immersive experience. Thanks to the BAMBOO device, the plants' bioelectric signals are captured and transformed into music, revealing a different way of listening to and experiencing living things. SOLD OUT - 5.30PM: TAKE PART IN A FAMILY TREASURE HUNT: ON THE TRAIL OF NOCTURNAL ANIMALS Follow in the footsteps of nocturnal animals in a treasure hunt led by Julie Chaffurin, a mid-mountain guide and wildlife enthusiast. She invites you on a timeless twilight adventure to discover nature's secrets. FULL SUNDAY 29 MARCH : - 10.30 AM: OBSERVE THE INVISIBLE: THE SECRET WORLD OF PLANKTON Ready to explore the mysterious and often invisible world of marine biodiversity? Join Christine Roussel, from the Observe Nature association, as she takes you on a journey into the infinitely small to help you understand the immensity of life. - 10.30AM: INTRODUCTION TO BUD MEDICINE: MAKE AN OLIVE BUD MACERATE At La Trinité, naturopath Céline Boulongne will introduce you to the basics of this branch of herbal medicine, which uses buds as concentrates of the plant's active ingredients. She will explain the benefits and uses of buds in everyday life. FULL - 10.30 AM: COME AND TASTE THE AWAKENING OF SPRING Join Fernand Orsini from the A Natura Anima Association on an educational walk to learn how to recognise edible wild plants. You'll learn to recognise them, pick them in a way that respects the natural environment and enjoy a tasting session as you immerse yourself in the sensory delights of nature. FULL - 2.30PM: DISTIL AROMATIC PLANTS Led by herbal medicine expert Cencio, this workshop features a demonstration of distilling aromatic plants using a traditional still. Learn about the different stages in the extraction of hydrolats and essential oils, and how they are used. Each participant will leave with a vial of floral water from the distillation process. - 2.30PM: AN INTRODUCTION TO PLANT WEAVING Led by Florence Cannavacciuolo, an artist specialising in sculptures and seating made from plant fibres, this workshop focuses on reeds and working with natural materials. Discover its many uses and create your own work: plant sculpture or personalised basket. SOLD OUT - 3PM: ENJOY A SPRING SNACK FROM THE LITTLE ELVES Led by naturopath Céline Boulongne, this family outing invites you to discover edible plants in their natural environment. Children learn to observe and recognise the plant treasures around them. The outing ends with a springtime snack prepared together, featuring the flavours of the plants gathered. In the event of bad weather, these outdoor activities may be cancelled.
